Douglas Eynon's artwork

Douglas Eynon (UK)

Douglas Eynon is an ultra-contemporary artist. Born in 1989, his artistic practice revolves around sculpture, drawing, and painting, often featuring fictive and surreal landscapes.

He incorporates mundane elements like candles and trees, elevating them to absurdity through repetition. Eynon's works exhibit autonomy but can also be combined into multidisciplinary installations, where sculptures reappear in drawings and paintings, creating imaginary landscapes with recurring themes and characters.

Gijs Milius's artwork

Gijs Milius (NL)

The first artist to be showcased in 2025 is Gijs Milius, a multi-award-winning artist whose work has been exhibited in Paris, Antwerp, Brussels, Marseille, Vienna, and beyond. The Brussels-based Dutch artist crafts captivating experiences through his multidimensional art, blending drawings, sculptures, videos, and immersive installations.

His work thrives on the friction between perception and desire, creating visual and emotional dissonances that are both unsettling and delightful. It challenges perception, invites reflection, and leaves visitors both charmed and thoughtfully unsettled.

David Mileikowsky's artwork

David Mileikowsky

For this edition, David Mileikowsky unveils La Forza del Destino — a series of artworks where the tragic, the intimate and the sublime converge. Driven by a powerful narrative impulse, his work explores beauty born from chaos, light filtered through scars, and the transformative force of fate.

His pieces are luminous fragments of an internal struggle. David is one of those multi-talented creatures who are so hard to classify: painter, filmmaker, sculptor, writer, producer... and what else? He began in 1972 with an exhibition at the Palais des Beaux-Arts and followed up with prizes in Venice and Asolo for his films.
